Intr Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Omar Labidi ("we", "us"), governing your use of the Intr mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Health & Safety — read this first

Intr provides general fitness and strength-training information, plans, and automated coaching suggestions. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care.

Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concern about your ability to exercise safely.
Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. Weights, loads, exercises, and recovery or "deload" suggestions provided by the App are general recommendations generated from the information you provide — they are not tailored medical, rehabilitation, or recovery guidance.
You are responsible for your own safety. Use proper form, appropriate weights, and a safe environment. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
You assume all risks associated with exercising and with following any plan, weight recommendation, or coaching suggestion provided by the App. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, harm, or loss resulting from your use of the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time in the App (Profile → Delete Account), which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions & payments

The App may offer optional paid subscriptions. If you purchase one:

Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You manage and cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings, not within the App. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Prices and renewal terms are shown to you before purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Google Play under its policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App; access it through unauthorized means; upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; or use it to harass or harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your content

Content you create in the App (journal entries, logged workouts, notes) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate and provide the App's features to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your content.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, content, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights; you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the App for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any plan or recommendation will produce specific results. Your fitness outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any personal injury, loss of data, or loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, limitation of liability, intellectual property) will continue to apply.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of our primary residence or the country where our official corporate entity is registered at the time of the dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to strip away mandatory statutory consumer-protection rights you maintain under the laws of your primary country of residence.
